摘要
目的对比分析服药护理指导对精神病患者治疗依从性的改善作用。方法于2012-09～2013-03间对220例精神病住院患者在药物治疗的基础上随机实施服药护理指导(研究组)和常规督促服药护理(对照组),各110例,分别于干预前和干预后2周、4周评定简明精神病量表(BPRS)和治疗依从性,比较两组的差异。结果与对照组相比,研究组干预2周后和4周后BPRS总分下降更显著(P<0.01);研究组干预2周后治疗依从性从16.4%显著提高到33.6%、4周后显著提高到58.2%,优于对照组(分别从18.2%提高到25.5%、31.8%,P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论运用服药护理指导能显著改善精神病患者的治疗依从性,有利于精神病患者病情的改善和康复。
Objective To compare and analyze the effects of drug-taken nursing direction in improving treatment dependence for psychotic patients.Methods From September 2012 to March 2013,randomly 220 psychotic patients were performed with drug-taken nursing direction(the study group) and routine drug-taken nursing(the control group) on the base of similar drug treatment,each with 110 cases.All the subjects of two groups were measured by the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS) and treatment dependence before intervention and after 2 and 4 weeks of intervention.Then the data were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the study group showed significantly lower BPRS total score after 2 and 4 weeks of intervention(P < 0.01).The treatment dependence rate of the study group significantly raised from 16.4% before intervention to 33.6% after 2 weeks' intervention and 58.2% after 4 weeks' intervention,which were significantly better than that of the control group(from 18.2% to 25.5% and to 31.8%,P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Conclusion Drug-taken nursing direction might greatly improve treatment dependence for psychotic patients.It was helpful to improve ill-conditions and rehabilitation for psychotic patients.
