摘要
钻井作业是一项投资巨大的风险性工程,具有多工种、多工序、立体交叉和连续作业等特点。近年来由于钻井设施不符合安全要求,设备使用不当,安全管理制度和操作规程不健全等原因,井喷、火灾爆炸、高处坠落等事故频繁发生。为了消除和降低事故发生的可能性,尽可能减少事故给人民生命和财产造成的严重损失,应对钻井作业现场进行风险评价及采取控制措施。实际应用表明,开展钻井作业安全评价能有效地减少事故和职业危害,对其进行全过程、全方位的安全控制指导。
Drilling operation is a huge investment project with big risk.It has the features of many types of work,more processes,stereoscopic cross and continuous operation and so on.In recent years,blowout,fire explosion,high falling accidents occur frequently due to the problems of drilling facilities not meeting the safety requirements,improper use of equipment,lack of good safety management system and operation process and lower quality of staff.In order to eliminate and reduce the possibilities of accidents,reduce the losses of people's lives and property caused by accidents as much as possible,it is necessary to make risk assessment of the drilling operation and take control measures.The practical application indicates that making safety evaluation of drilling operation can effectively reduce accidents and occupational hazards.It can carry on the safety control guidance during the whole process covering all ranges.
