摘要
目的探讨护理风险管理对提高急诊科输液患者输液质量的效果。方法以急诊静脉输液的急性上呼吸道感染患者为对象,以2012年实施护理风险管理的300例患者为研究组,以2006年未实施护理风险管理的300例患者为对照组,分别以输液技术、输液效果和输液满意度3方面指标评估输液质量,并进行组间比较。结果两组患者在输液质量方面比较有显著性差异,研究组的无痛输液率(97.3%)、一针见血率(94.3%)及输液顺利完成率(92.3%)等输液技术指标均显著高于对照组(分别为90.3%、90.0%和87.3%,P<0.05或P<0.01);研究组患者症状减轻率(95.7%)、配合程度(98.3%)以及显著好转率(92.0%)均显著优于对照组(分别为87.7%、95.3%和86.7%,P<0.05或P<0.01);研究组的患者满意度(97.7%)、家属(或陪护人员)满意度(96.7%)和护理人员满意度(97.3%)均显著高于对照组(分别为90.7%、89.0%和93.7%,P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论对急诊科患者输液过程实施护理风险管理能显著提高输液质量和满意度。
Objective To explore the effects of nursing risk management in improving the quality of transfusion for patients in emergency department.Methods The subjects with acute upper respiration infection accepted transfusion were randomly divided into two groups with 300 cases.The study group were performed nursing risk management in 2012,and that in 2006 as the control group.All the subjects were evaluated according to the quality of transfusion,including transfusion skills,transfusion effects and satisfactions.Then,the data were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of transfusion showed significantly statistic differences between the two groups.In the study group,the quality transfusion indices of the painless transfusion rate(97.3%),one prick rate(94.3%) and successful rate(92.3%) showed significantly higher than those in the control group(90.3%,90.0% and 87.3% respectively,P<0.05 or P<0.01).The transfusion effects as symptoms relieves rate(95.7%),coordination rate(98.3%) and ill improvement rate(92.0%) of the study group showed significantly better than those in the control group(87.7%,95.3% and 86.7% respectively,P<0.05 or P<0.01).The satisfaction rate of patients(97.7%),family members(or accompany)(96.7%) and nurses(97.3%) showed significantly higher in the study group than in the control group(90.7%,89.0% and 93.7% respectively,P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion There are significant effects of nursing risk management in improving the quality of transfusion and patients,satisfaction level in emergency department during transfusion.
