摘要
研究了黏结剂中TiC与Al体积分数的比值变化对聚晶立方氮化硼(PCBN)的烧结行为及相关性能的影响,从而得出较佳的配比方案。选择CBN、TiC及Al粉末按设计方案配、混料,在1×10-3Pa/850℃真空炉内处理3 h后,高温高压下烧结PCBN复合片。通过对PCBN硬度与微观形貌的分析,发现硬度随TiC/Al比例的减小而先增后减,烧结体微观形貌均匀一致,各物相呈相应变化。连续与断续切削实验表明:当TiC∶Al为1∶1时的S3号刀片具有比较优异的耐磨损及抗冲击性能。对于CBN-TiC-Al烧结体,TiC/Al体积分数比值宜选为1∶1。
Influences of volume ratio of TiC and Al on PCBN sintering and related properties were studied to obtain a better binder formula.The mixtures of CBN,TiC and Al,after 3 hours treatment in vacuum furnace at 850 ℃ and 1×10-3 Pa,were sintered into PCBN composites at high temperature and high pressure.Analysis results showed that as the ratio of TiC and Al decreased,the hardness of PCBN increased and then decreased.Morphology of the composites was even and uniform.Continuous and intermittent cutting experiments showed that when the ratio of TiC to Al was 1∶1(sample S3),the PCBN sample possessed better wear resistance and impact resistance.For better sintering,the volume ratio of TiC and Al should be 1∶1.
