直升机复合材料桨叶损伤及性能分析

Damage and Performance Analysis of Composite Helicopter Rotor Blades

摘要 采用宏观观察、无损检测、内部缺陷观察、桨叶内部聚氨酯泡沫芯材力学性能测试和红外光谱分析等方法,研究了扭转疲劳试验桨叶和地面试车桨叶的损伤情况及损伤原因,结果表明,桨叶内部原始孔隙的存在未对桨叶的承载能力造成严重影响,扭转疲劳试验桨叶的裂纹为疲劳裂纹,是疲劳循环周次超过桨叶的疲劳寿命所致;试车桨叶桨根位置的泡沫裂纹和力学性能偏低是泡沫中异氰酸酯含量较多造成的。 The damage cause of torsion fatigue rotor blade and trial run rotor blade were studied throngh macro-examination,nondestructive testing,inside defect observation,mechanical property testing of polyurethane foam and FTIR analysis in this article.The results show that the existence of inner original pores has little effect on the bearing capacity,the failure crack of torsion fatigue rotor blade results from fatigue when the torsion test is over the fatigue life of the rotor blade,and the excess isocyanate in the foam result in the failure of trial run rotor blade cracks and lower mechanical property.
