摘要
常用流化床需要大量的热量用以加快传热传质过程,使包衣原料在包衣后迅速蒸发,所以加热器的功率往往要做得很大,且加热后的空气往往经过滤后直接排放到大气中,造成热量的浪费。从结构上入手,设计了一种节能的流化床,理论上可节省近一半的电力。
