摘要
为解决气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备在低温地区的工程应用,局部改进常规产品设计,即对断路器采用外部加热设备进行温度补偿的方式保证气室内正常压力。对隔离开关及接地开关进行电场分析和计算,保留外壳尺寸,优化改进内部结构及场强分布。经试验验证,改进产品可满足低温地区的运行。
To solve engineering applications of gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear in the low temperature region, partially improve design of normal product that can be satisfied to this requirement.Circuit breaker adopts the external heating device for compensating temperature of the way to ensure normal gas chamber pressure value.The electric field of disconnector and earthing switches is analyzed and calculated, by optimized internal structure and electric-field distribution, retention shell size unchanged. Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification, the product can meet stable and reliable operation in low-temperature region.
