摘要
幼儿教师职业幸福感的高低,不仅直接影响教师自身的发展,还关系到幼儿的培养和教育。采用自编问卷,选取涵西幼儿园教师进行幸福感调查,结果反映了幼儿教师的幸福感现状、影响因素、特征以及与其他因素之间的关系,并提出了提高幼儿教师职业幸福感的措施和建议。
@@@@Preschool teachers' professional happiness, not only directly affect the teacher's own development, also relates to the cultivation of the young children and education. By using a self-designed questionnaire, to survey the park ' teacher occupation happiness, the results reflect the relationship between teachers' happiness status, influencing factors, characteristics and other factors, and puts forward some measures and suggestions to improve the teachers' occupation happiness.
