摘要
农工培训是一项系统工程,随着城乡产业结构的调整,大量农民开始从事非农产业活动,亟须技术扶持,各级政府、企业、非营利性组织积极开展农民工职业培训活动,但多为短期技能培训,忽略职业规划设计,不利于农民工自我发展与完善。本文从绩效技术出发,针对当前农民工的境遇开展绩效分析,力图化解现阶段农工培训的种种弊端,为探求农民工发展规律、缩小我国城乡差距提供实践上的指导。
Farmers' training is a systematic project,with the adjustment of urban and rural industrial structure,a large number of farmers started up in the non-agricultural industrial activities which are in desperate need of technical support.Though the governments at all levels,enterprises,non-profit organizations actively carried out the farmers' professional trainings,most of which were short-term ones,ignored the design of career planning,and went against farmers' self-development and perfection.This paper started from performance technic,carried out the performance analysis against farmers' circumstance to neutralize the various drawbacks of current farmers' training,and provided some references for probing into the farmars' development rules and minimizing the gap between city and countryside in our country.
