摘要
文章基于已有的劳务派遣相关理论和行业的发展现状,从影响中国劳务派遣企业发展的内部因素出发,采用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)和专家意见法构建出形成劳务派遣企业竞争力的关键指标体系,利用Mat lab软件测算出各关键指标的权重。根据测算结果将构建劳务派遣企业竞争力的关键指标进行重要性排序,并对其进行分析和总结。最后,根据分析的结果为提升中国劳务派遣企业竞争力提出一些建议。
Based on the present theories of labor dispatch and its development,this paper established the key indicator system of forming the competitiveness of labor dispatch company with the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and expert consultation,depended on the internal factors of the development of Chinese labor dispatch company.Then it measured out the weight of every key indicator with Mat lab software.And ranged the key indicators which form the competitiveness of labor dispatch company,and analyzed and summarized the calculation results.At last,this paper proposed some suggestions which to enhance the competitiveness of Chinese labor dispatch company.
