摘要
目的:建立用高效液相法测定调经益灵片中香附酮含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:KromasrlC18(4.6mm×250mm);流动相:甲醇-水(75:25);流速:0.8ml/min;柱温:40℃;检测波长为254nm。结果:α-香附酮的进样量在0.04324～0.2162μg范围内,线性关系良好(r=1.0000)。平均回收率为99.0%,RSD为0.040%(n=6)。结论:本方法分离效果好、专属性强、简便和准确,可作为调经益灵片的质量控制方法。
Objective:To establish the method for the content determination of α-cyperone in Tiaojingyiling tablet by HPLC.Methods:HPLC method was adopted.The determination was performed on Kromasrl C18(4.6mm × 250mm) column with mobile phase consisting of methanol-water(75:25) at the flow rate of 0.8ml·min-1.The column temperature was 40℃.The detection wavelength was 254nm.Results:α-Cyperone showed good linearity(r = 1.0000) in the range of 0.04324 ～ 0.2162μg;The average recovery was 99.0% and the RSD was 0.040%(n = 6) ;Conclusion:Simple,sensitive,reliable,specific and with satisfactory separation results,the method was competent for the quality control of Tiaojingyiling tablet.
