摘要
试验测定了25个梨品种的单果重、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、果肉硬度、可溶性糖含量5个主要果实品质因子。应用"合理-满意度"和多维价值理论的合并规则进行了综合比较分析,得出各品种果实品质的合成"合理-满意度"。结果表明,早熟品种金晶、翠冠、金蜜、华梨2号,中熟品种秀黄、丰水、黄冠,晚熟品种金秋、大果水晶、德胜香、爱宕、秋黄、华梨1号,这些梨品种果实品质合成"合理-满意度"数值较高,表现较好。
Five main quality indexes,fruit weight,soluble solids content,titratable acid,flesh firmness and soluble sugar content,of twenty-five varieties of pear were measured.Complex 'reasonableness and satisfaction index' of each pear cultivar was obtained by analyzing and evaluating using 'reasonableness and satisfaction index' and multi-value theory.The results showed that Pyrus pyrifolia(Burm.f.) Nakai cv.Jinjing,P.pyrifolia cv.Cuiguan,P.pyrifolia cv.Jinmin and P.pyrifolia cv.Huali No.2 among premature cultivars;P.pyrifolia cv.Soowhangbae,P.pyrifolia cv.Housui and P.bretschneideri Rehd.×P.pyrifolia cv.Huangguan among medium mature cultivars and late mature cultivars,such as P.pyrifolia cv.Niitaka sp.Jinqiu,P.pyrifolia cv.Niitaka sp.Shisho,P.pyrifolia cv.Deshengxiang,P.pyrifolia cv.Atago,P.pyrifolia cv.Chuwhangbae,P.pyrifolia cv.Huali No.1.such pear varieties had higher complex'reasonableness and satisfaction index'.
