摘要
详细介绍后张法铁路简支T梁高效率车间式预制方法的研制及应用过程。车间式预制方法的原理是采用工序固定、施工区域循环的模式,达到投入工装设备数量少,工序紧凑、最大限度减少工序交接所造成的生产延误。此种车间式预制模式,可做到循环流水化作业、提高了生产效率,同时使得管理标准化、施工工业化。通过制梁车间整体设计和T梁走行线基础的检算,验证了车间式预制模式的可行性,最后详细阐述了高效率车间式预制法的施工工艺和质量控制要点。
This paper introduces the processes of the development and application of the high efficiency workshop-style prefabrication method for post-tensioning simply-supported T-girder in details.The principle of the workshop-style prefabrication method is that by using the production mode of fixed working process and cycled working area,the purposes could be achieved such as reducing the equipment quantity,compacting the production time,and eliminating the production delay during the handover process.With the workshop-style prefabrication method,the circulatory streamline operation can be carried out,the production efficiency can be improved,and the management standardization and construction industrialization can all be achieved.The feasibility of the workshop-style prefabrication method has been verified by overall designing for the workshop and checking for the foundation of the running track of T-girder.In the last,the construction technology and the key points of quality control of the high efficiency workshop-style prefabrication method are introduced.
