摘要
归纳CRTSⅡ型板CA砂浆调整层的3种常见劣化现象,简要分析其劣化机理,并采用有限元方法,计算机仿真分析了CA砂浆调整层边缘劣化以及砂浆层与轨道板长距离脱空这两种劣化现象分别对轨道板的几何形位、受力情况等的静态影响以及对轨道结构振动模态的影响。研究发现,CA砂浆调整层的劣化对轨道板乃至整个轨道结构的危害不可小视,砂浆层边缘劣化越深,轨道板所受弯矩分布越来越不利;砂浆层与轨道板界面脱空长度越大,轨道板各阶自振频率均降低,尤其是在脱空长度大于12 m时,低阶频率大大降低。
To further study the effect of CA mortar deterioration phenomenon on CRTS-Ⅱ track structure,the article introduced three kinds of CA mortar deterioration phenomena,analyzed their probable deterioration mechanisms and tried to find out their effects on CRTS-Ⅱ track structure by computer simulation analysis with finite element method.The data displayed that the harm from the deteriorations of CA mortar is too great to ignore.The deeper of the CA mortar edge deterioration leads to the worse bending moment distribution.As the disengaging length between the track slab interface and the mortar bed increases,the natural frequencies of the track structure decrease.Especially when the disengaging length comes to 12 meter,the low-order frequencies drop sharply.
