摘要
针对国内首次抽水蓄能电站水泵水轮机组第三方试验台同台对比试验,进行了水轮机模型测试方法的改进,解决了水泵水轮机四象限试验、瞬时工况点数据采集、水泵大流量工况压力面空泡观测等试验技术难点。模型试验取得了理想的效果:效率试验的测试不准确度小于±0.2%,试验工况稳定、数据重复性好,采集的"S"特性区和反水泵区的数据点密集。此次试验表明,国内试验台有能力完成抽水蓄能水泵水轮机组的模型验收试验,对推动我国抽水蓄能电站的建设有积极意义。
In accordance with the comparative test on pump-turbine set for pumped-storage hydropower station made with a same test-bed provided by the third-party carried out for the first time in China,the improvement of the method for testing on hydraulic turbine model is made,and then the technical problems from the aspects such as the four-quadrant test on pump-turbine,point data acquisition for instantaneous operating condition,cavitation observation on pressure-side of runner blades under large flow conditions,etc.are solved.From the test,perfect results are obtained,i.e.the testing inaccuracy of the efficiency test is less than ±0.2% with stable test condition and better data repeatability,while the data points acquired from the 'S' characteristic region and pump reversing region are dense as well.This test shows that the domestic pump test-bed can suffice for accomplishing the acceptance test of the model for the pump-turbine set,which has a positive significance to promote the construction of the pump-storage hydropower project in China.
