摘要
以某台330MW机组锅炉过热蒸汽温度为研究对象,在分析过热蒸汽温度特性的基础上,构建了以机组负荷为变量的前馈动态补偿函数,并采用Matlab软件对该函数进行了仿真验证。结果表明,以负荷为变量的前馈动态补偿函数较静态补偿函数超调量更小,调节时间短,具有较好的稳定性,可提高过热蒸汽温度的控制品质。
Taking the temperature of superheated steam in boiler of a 330MW unit as the object,the feedforward dynamic compensation function considering load as the variable was constructed,based on the analysis of temperature characteristics of the superheated steam.Moreover,simulation verification of the function mentioned above was conducted by Matlab soft.Results show that,compared with static compensation function,the feedforward dynamic compensation function has smaller overshoot,shorter regulating time,and better stability.It can improve the quality of temperature control for superheated steam.
