摘要
随着中国经济的不断发展,各个企业对于员工的素质在进一步提高,企业需要大量的一线应用型人才。高职教育就是培养一线的生产、管理以及服务型的应用人才,这也是经济发展的必须需求。同时高职教育也要紧随经济发展所需求人才的就业形式,以促进就业为根本出发点,创建灵活的人才培养模式。
With the continuous development of Chinese economy,the requirement of many enterprises to the quality of staff is further improving,enterprises need a large amount of training applied talents.Higher vocational education is to cultivate the applied talents of production,management and service,this is also the demand of economic development.At the same time,higher vocational education must follow the employment forms of economic development n,to promote employment as the fundamental starting point,to create flexible talents training mode.
