摘要
信息化是现代社会和世界经济发展的趋势,现代高校档案的管理发展趋势主要为信息化发展。档案资料管理的信息化使得高校档案的管理更加便捷和准确。然而相关调查研究表明,我国高校档案信息化现状不容乐观,这与高职院校的管理制度等多种因素有关。然而档案管理信息发展的建设并不是那么顺畅,受多方面因素的制约影响,如档案管理方面的安全性、利用等。本文对高校档案信息化的现状及相应对策做出了阐述,以供大家参考。
The informatization is the trend of modern society and world economic development,the management trends of modern university archives is mainly the development of information technology.Archives management informatization makes the college archives management more convenient and accurate.However,investigation shows,the current situation of college archives informatization in our country is not optimistic,this is related to the vocational colleges' management system and other factors.However,the construction of the development of archives management information is not so smooth,is restricted by many factors,such as the safety and use of archives management.This paper discusses the current situation and countermeasure of university archives informatization for your reference.
