摘要
大体积混凝土配合比设计中主要考虑在保证强度的前提下降低水化热,减小混凝土的绝热温升,本文结合工程实际情况,从原材料优选和配合比参数优化入手,对水泥、粉煤灰、骨料等原材料进行了优选,设计出符合大体积混凝土温控要求且满足工程实际需要的混凝土配合比,取得了良好的效果,可供有关工程参考。
Mass concrete Mix Design to consider the lower heat of hydration under the premise of ensuring the strength,reducing the adiabatic temperature rise of concrete,combined with the practical engineering optimization of raw materials and with the start than the parameter optimization,this paper,cement,pulverized coal ash,aggregate and other raw materials optimization,and design to meet the large volume of concrete temperature control requirements and meet the actual needs of the project concrete mix proportion,and achieved good results,can be a good reference for the same project.
