摘要
针对大功率柴油机共轨系统高压蓄压泵的供油过程,利用AWS HYDSIM软件建立仿真模型,分析出油阀、进油阀的运动过程和凸轮型线布置对供油性能的影响,为进一步提升高压蓄压泵的供油效率提供了理论依据。
The calculation model is set up by using AWS HYDSIM software for fuel supply process in the high pressure accumulator pump of the common rail system in high-power diesel engine,and the effects of pump capability are investigated by studying the parameters of inlet ball valve,outlet ball and cam profile.The investigation results can give some support for increasing efficiency of the high pressure accumulator pump.
