摘要
目的:探讨中药扛板归对二甲基亚硝胺诱导的大鼠肝纤维化血清转氨酶的影响。方法:用二甲基亚硝胺诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型,不同浓度扛板归干预后,测大鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸转移酶(AST)。结果:扛板归高、中剂量组能显著降低AST、ALT。结论:扛板归能通过降低转氨酶,保护肝细胞,对二甲基亚硝胺诱导的大鼠肝纤维化具有较好的作用。肝损伤和肝纤维化时,血清中AST、ALT含量升高,AST、ALT是诊断肝脏疾病中应用最广泛的酶,一般而言,AST和ALT增高反应了某些器官和组织受到了一定程度的损害。
Objective:To observe effect of traditional Chinese medicine,polygonum perfoliatum,on the serum transaminase in rat fibrosis liver induced by dimethylniitrosamine.Methods:Rat fibrosis liver model was built by dimethyl nitrosamine and was intervened using different concentrations of polygonum perfoliatum.Then the serum level of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate transcarbamylase(AST) was measured.Results:The serum level of AST and ALT were significantly decreased in high and middle dose of polygonum perfoliatum group.Conclusions:Traditional Chinese medicine,polygonum perfoliatum can protect the liver cell through decrease of ALT and AST level.
