摘要
为实现牧草收割机的网络交互展示,方便收割机用户对设备的了解和维修,通过对牧草收割机的结构分析,用Pro/E建模工具进行建模,在切割组件三维模型的基础上,基于Cult3D平台,通过对其各元件触发事件和动作等参数的设置,实现在网上交互、动态地展示切割组件的切割原理以及各元件的组装方法和步骤,实现了牧草收割机切割组件网络环境下的虚拟装配。
In order to realize the interactive display of cutting module of grass harvester on the web and help the users of the harvester to understand the structure and maintenance of the device,the model of the cutting module is established on the platform Pro/E by the analysis of the structure.Based on the 3D model of the cutting module,its component trigger event and active parameters are set with Cult3D.As a result,the cutting principle,the assembly methods and procedures are displayed interactively and dynamically on the web.Further,its virtual assembly is realized online.
