摘要
通过对梳齿法、机械手采摘法和振动分离法的比较,设计了一种偏心式激振机构的加工番茄果秧分离装置,并对其结构和原理进行了介绍,阐述了其设计过程。利用Solidworks对分离装置进行建模,通过对其虚拟样机进行干涉检查和动态仿真,实现了在设计阶段对装配体可视化的干涉检测以及产品设计的合理性分析,为实现加工番茄机械化采收提供了的前提条件。
Comparied comb tenoning method,manipulator of picking method and vibration isolation,it designed a kind of eccentric type excitation institutions,discussed its structure and principle and introduced the design process.The model of separation device was established using solidworks and realized the design stage of visualization in assembly body interference detection and product the rationality of the design of analysis through its virtual prototype interference detection and dynamic simulation.To realize mechanization of processed tomatoes harvested provides the prerequisite.
