低应变反射波法在桩基施工质量检测中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 随着桩结构越来越广泛的应用于地基加固,如何检测成桩质量成为控制桩基础施工质量的关键。在介绍低应变反射波法检测桩基完整性的原理、缺陷类型及位置的判定依据、检测影响因素的基础上,以合福客专DK365+676.48~DK365+739.50段C20钻孔灌注桩地基加固路基为工程背景,采用RSM-PRT低应变仪及其所配套的时域分析软件,并结合地质、施工记录资料对桩实测波形进行反演分析,分析结果为3-2号桩在3.30 m处存在离析或夹泥。研究表明,低应变反射法能准确地反映成桩的缺陷位置及程度,为桩基施工质量的控制提供了指导依据。 As pile foundation is being used more and more widely for subgrade reinforcement,how to test the quality of pile foundation after construction is also becoming the key point to control pile foundation construction quality accordingly.In this paper the low strain reflection wave method used for pile foundation testing are introduced,including the integrity-test theory,defect type and defect location criterions,and the influence factors.The subgrade are cited as an example which was reinforced by C20 cast-in-situ bored piles in DK365+676.48~DK365+739.50 section of Hefei-Fuzhou Passenger-dedicated Line.In combination with geology data and construction data,the RSM-PRT strain gage and time-domain analysis software matched were utilized to back calculate and analyze the wave patterns measured from the pile foundation.The analysis results showed that there was segregation or mud in the No.3-2 pile at the depth of 3.30 m.Based on the research,it is concluded that the low strain reflection wave method can accurately reflect the defect location and defect degree of pile foundation,so it can provide guidance for controlling the pile foundation construction quality.
