摘要
                
                    枪钻是一种可以多次复磨的刀具,但复磨时通常采用原来的结构参数,这样不仅不能恢复原钻型,反而使复磨后的刀具寿命大大降低。因为枪钻是在高深径比环境下工作,特别是在高速切削和微量润滑时,磨损及排屑严重恶化。为了减轻其影响,复磨时应该修改钻尖的结构参数。本文详细阐述修改方法和步骤,其有效性已通过曲轴油孔加工实验证实,修改结构参数复磨后刀具寿命比不修改复磨显著提高。
                
                Gun drill is kind of cutting tool capable of being reconditioned several times.But,if the original structural parameters are used in the reconditioning,the tool-life will be seriously reduced.Since the gun drill is characterized in high depth/diameter ratio.Under this circumstance,wear and evacuation are seriously worsened,especially in high-speed machining and micro quantity lubrication.As an effective remedy,the structural parameters of the drill bit are to be modified in reconditioning.The method and procedure are detailed in this paper.Its validity is demonstrated by experiments of drilling crankshaft oil holes.Tool-life of the reconditioned gun drill is elevated significantly.
