摘要
以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、SO2为主要原料,SO2兼作引发剂,利用紫外光进行自由基聚合,合成聚胺砜型无醛固色剂。试验探讨了原料配比、光化温度、光化时间等因素对光化合成的影响,最终确定的优化合成工艺为:m(二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵)∶m(SO2)=100∶24,光化温度为40~45℃,光化时间为12 h。将合成的固色剂应用于活性染料染色织物的固色处理,织物色牢度可提高1~2级,色光基本不变。
Formaldehyde-free polyamine sulfone cationic fixing agent is prepared by UV radical polymerization with dimethyldiallyl ammonium chloride and SO2 as the raw materials.The effects of the ratio of raw materials,photochemical reaction temperature and time are discussed,and the synthesis process is optimized as follows:m(dimethyldiallyl ammonium chloride) ∶ m(SO2) of 100 ∶ 24,photochemical reaction at 40 ~ 45 ℃ for 12 h.The fixing agent can improve the color fastness of the reactive dyeings by Grade 1~2 with no influence on shade.
