摘要
对无性系幼林期71株6年生高产脂马尾松20个无性系的产脂力进行测定,结果表明:其总平均产脂力10 cm割沟单刀产脂力为11.2 g,标准差为3.68,变异系数为32.9%。方差分析结果表明,各无性系间的产脂力存有极显著差异。高产脂马尾松无性系产脂力遗传方差为9.54,单株重复力为68.42%,平均重复力为88.47%,遗传增益为50.25%。
This paper dealt with the determination of rosin-producing capacity of 20 clones in 71 individuals of 6-year-old high rosin-producing Pinus massoniana during clone young tree period.The results showed that the total mean of rosin-producing capacity was 11.2 g per 10 cm cupping tapping faces,and the standard deviation was 3.68 and the variation coefficient 32.9%.The variance analysis showed that there was significant difference between rosin-producing capacity of each clone.The heritability variance was 9.54,the single repeatability 68.42%,the average repeatability 88.47 % and the genetic gain 50.25% for rosin-producing capacity of clones in high rosin-producing P.massoniana.
