摘要
管理方式的伦理化是国际管理思想发展的新趋势。行政管理实施与影响的双方都是人,其最终意义终究是人与人之间的活动。以马克思主义伦理学为基础来说明高校行政管理的发展趋势,从管理行政逐步向服务行政过渡,以德治校,建立"以人为本"和"以德服人"的思想,通过道德的情感性沟通,努力营造一种民主、宽松、和谐的人文环境和工作氛围,以及培养更多德才兼备的大学生,以实现高校行政管理的德育职能。
The ethic-orientation of managing way is a new tendency for development of international management thoughts.Administrative management implementation and influence of both sides is people,its ultimate meaning is ultimately interpersonal activity.Based on marxist ethics to illustrate administration in colleges and universities,good governance,to establish a 'people-oriented' and 'virtue' 'thought,through the emotional communication,hard moral builds a kind of democracy and relaxed,harmonious humanistic environment and working atmosphere,and to develop more integrity of college students,in order to realize the function of moral education administration in colleges and universities.
