摘要
目的观察矿泉浴联合来氟米特(LEF)治疗活动期类风湿关节炎(RA)的疗效和安全性。方法将63例活动期RA患者分为治疗组和对照组,均采用LEF(20mg/d)治疗,治疗组同时采用矿泉浴治疗,1次/d,30min/次,两组疗程均为24周。采用美国风湿病学会(ACR)推荐的RA疾病活动评价核心指标对两组治疗前后进行评估。结果治疗后两组病情活动主要指标评分均有显著降低,治疗前后比较差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组评分降低优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组达到ACR20、ACR50、ACR70疗效标准的分别为25.00%、31.25%、40.63%,总有效率96.87%;对照组达到ACR20、ACR50、ACR70疗效标准的分别为25.81%、29.03%、32.26%,总有效率87.10%。结论矿泉浴联合LEF治疗活动期RA的疗效明显优于单用LEF的疗效,且具有较好的安全性。
Objective Observe efficacy and safety about spa bath and Leflunomide(LEF)treat activity rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods Divided 63 activity RA patients into two groups,all of these 63 patients are treated with LEF(20 mg/d),the course of treatment is 24 weeks.And the treatment group is treated with spa bath at the sametime,1 times/days,30 mins/times,the two groups' treatment time is 24 weeks.Adopt the core index disease activity evaluation recommended by American Rheumatism Society(ACR)to evaluated the treatment before and after of two groups.Results After the treatment the two groups' activity evaluation score is significantly reduced,before and after the treatment comparative differences are significant(P<0.01),the treatment group score lower than the control group,the difference is significant(P<0.05).The treatment group reached rating criteria of ACR20,ACR50,ACR70 are respectively 25.00%,31.25%,40.63%,the total effective rate is 96.87%;the control group reached rating criteria of ACR20,ACR50,ACR70 are respectively 25.81%,29.03%,32.26%,the total effective rate is 87.10%.Conclusion The spa bath unites LEF treat activity rheumatoid arthritis' effectiveness is significantly better than theated only with LEF,and has good security.
