饮食铁含量对运动大鼠铁状态、肝脏脂质过氧化和抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:4

Effects of dietary iron content on iron status,lipid peroxidation and antioxidant capacity in liver of exercise rats

摘要 目的:观察饮食铁含量对有氧运动大鼠铁状态、肝脏脂质过氧化和抗氧化能力的影响。方法:雌性SD大鼠随机分成静息和运动两大组,每组再分成饮食铁缺乏组(SG1和EG1)、铁含量足够组(SG2和EG2)和高铁含量组(SG3和EG3)。运动组游泳3个月后,分析各组血液铁状态指标,包括血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞比容(Hct)、血浆铁浓度(PI)、血浆总铁结合力(TIBC)、血浆转铁蛋白铁饱和度(Ts),肝脏非血红素铁(NHI)、肝脏丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)。结果:与相应的静息组比,EG2组血液铁状态指标和肝脏铁贮存、MDA均显著降低,SOD、SOD/MDA和T-AOC均显著升高,EG1组Hb、Hct、Ts,肝脏SOD、SOD/MDA和T-AOC均显著降低;EG3组Hct、PI、Ts,肝脏SOD、SOD/MDA均显著降低。结论:在饮食铁含量足够时长期运动可导致低铁状态,运动导致的这种低铁状态不是负铁平衡的结果;饮食铁缺乏可进一步降低铁状态;适度地增大饮食铁含量有助于对抗运动引起的低铁状态。在饮食铁含量足够时长期运动能提高肝脏抗氧化能力,饮食铁缺乏时肝脏抗氧化能力减弱,饮食高铁时肝脏抗氧化能力无明显变化。 Objective: To investigate the impact of dietary iron content on exercise rat iron status,and lipid peroxidation and antioxidant capacity of liver.Methods: Female sprague-dawley rats were randomly assigned to either sedentary or exercise two groups,and then every group was subdivided into dietary iron deficiency group(SG1 and EG1),iron sufficiency group(SG2 and EG2) and high iron content group(SG3 and EG3).The rats in the exercise group were subjected to swimming for three months.The blood iron status indexes including the hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(Hct),plasma iron(PI),total iron binding capacity(TIBC),transfer ferritin saturation(Ts)and the content of liver storage iron(the non-heme iron,NHI),MDA,SOD and T-AOC were determined after exercise groups swimming for three months.Results: Compared to corresponding sedentary groups: the hematological indices of iron status and NHI,MDA were significantly decreased,SOD,SOD/MDA and T-AOC were significantly increased in iron sufficiency exercise group.The Hb,Hct,Ts and SOD,SOD/MDA,T-AOC of liver were significantly decreased in iron deficiency exercise group.The Hct,PI,Ts and SOD,SOD/MDA were significantly decreased in high iron content group.Conclusion: Long-term exercise may lead to low iron status in the case of dietary iron sufficiency,exercise-induced low iron statues is not a result of negative balance of iron,dietary iron deficiency can further decrease low iron status.Moderately high iron content is helpful for preventing exercise-induced low iron statues.Long-term exercise may be helpful to increase the capacity of antioxidant of liver in the case of dietary iron sufficiency,and dietary iron deficiency may decrease antioxidant capacity of liver,and antioxidant capacity of liver in high iron content rats may have no significant difference.
