摘要
香港科技大学在战略创新的指导下,经过二十余年的发展跻身于世界著名的研究型大学之列。它的快速发展创造了大学发展史上的奇迹,极大地冲击和改变了传统大学的办学观与发展观。文章基于战略创新的视角,从准确的办学定位、优势学科的培育、卓越的学术三方面分析其迅速崛起的重要原因,并且提出对内地高等学校,特别是高水平大学建设的一些启示与借鉴。
Under the guidance of the strategic innovation,Hong Konfg University of Science and Technology has been one of the famous research universities through 20 years' rapid development.Its growth has created a miracle in the history of university development,and has greatly shocked and changed the traditional ideas of university development and running schools.The article discusses the major reasons for its rapid development by analyzing its orientation accuracy,advantage of the cultivation of discipline and strategy of academic excellence from the perspective of strategic innovation.Finally some enlightenment and reference based on the strategic innovation are proposed for the development of mainland universities,especially for the construction of high-level universities.
