摘要 目的:比较枳实、枳壳中辛弗林的含量差异,为枳实、枳壳类药材质量控制提供科学依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,测定14批枳实、枳壳药材(8批枳壳,6批枳实)中辛弗林的含量。结果:枳实、枳壳药材中辛弗林含量有明显差异,枳实辛弗林含量明显高于枳壳。同产地枳实、枳壳中辛弗林含量差异较大。结论:枳实、枳壳类药材中辛弗林含量差异较大,应建立含辛弗林类药材的质量标准,为临床用药安全有效提供科学依据。 Objective:To compare the contents of synephrine in Fructus Aurantii Immaturus and Fructus Aurantii,and support the scientific basis for quality control of the medicines.Method:HPLC was used to detect the contents of synephrine of eight batches of Fructus Aurantii and six batches of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus.Result:There were obvious differences between Fructus Aurantii Immaturus and Fructus Aurantii in synephrine contents,which in Fructus Aurantii Immaturus were higher than Fructus Aurantii.The synephrine contents of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus and Fructus Aurantii were quite different from different areas.Conclusion:The synephrine content has significant difference between Fructus Aurantii Immaturus and Fructus Aurantii.The quality standards of synephrine herbs should be built to provide scientific basis for safe and effective application in clinic.
