大学创新团队成员心理契约结构及内部关系研究 被引量:3

Empirical Study of the Structure and Inner Relations of University Innovation Team Members' Psychological Contract

摘要 心理契约作为维系团队成员与团队之间关系的心理纽带,在团队建设中具有重要作用。文章通过对514名大学创新团队成员的问卷调查,探讨了团队成员心理契约的构成。研究发现,大学创新团队成员的心理契约符合三维度模型,心理契约中的"团队责任"包括达成绩效、支持发展和关心生活;"成员责任"包括团队维护、主动奉献和遵守规范。在此基础上,采用结构方程模型检验相互责任的内部关系,研究结果显示"团队责任"对"成员责任"产生交叉影响。 As a mental bond between team members and their team,psychological contract plays an important role in team building.Based on the data collected from 514 university innovation team members,the paper explored the structure of the psychological contract.The results show that the university innovation team member's psychological contract is accordant with three-dimension model;'team's responsibility' includes achieving performance,supporting development and concerning about life quality,and 'member's responsibility' includes maintaining team,active contribution and complying with norms.Structural equation modeling analysis shows that,in the inner relations of psychological contract,'team's responsibility' has cross-impact on 'member's responsibility'.
