摘要
从实际供应链系统的构成入手,分析了供应链的实体元素和活动过程,探讨了供应链系统中实体对象、状态属性和状态转移,建立了供应链中实体元素相互作用的模拟模型.以CAS理论为指导,以面向对象软件技术为手段,研制出了供应链系统动态运行的模拟模型软件.通过良好的人机界面,输入复杂供应链系统的实际参数,再现供应链系统状态的动态变化,为深入研究供应链系统的动态变化规律、信息利用及其优化控制等各种复杂问题,提供了有效的研究工作平台.
From the composition of a practical supply chain system, the entity elements in the system and their action process were analyzed. And the entity objects, state properties, and state transformation in the system were discussed. Then, a simulation model describing the interaction of elements in the system was proposed. Based on the Holland's theory of complex adaptive systems (CAS), simulation model program for dynamic supply chain systems was developed with means of object-oriented software technology. By using the program, the dynamic change of a complex supply chain system can be reproduced after practical parameters of a complex supply chain system are inputted via the favorable human-computer interface of the program, providing a potent software work bench for the deep investigation of the dynamic variety regularity, information utilizing, and optimum control of a supply chain system.
