不同降压药对臂踝脉搏波速度和血管性血友病因子的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨不同降压药对臂踝脉搏波速度(baPWV)和血管性血友病因子(vWF)的影响。方法:135例1、2级高血压患者随机分为硝苯地平控释片组(63例)或替米沙坦组(65例),治疗2个月后比较2组各指标下降幅度。结果:硝苯地平控释片组患者治疗后vWF和baPWV下降幅度分别为12.6%和113.3cm.s-1,替米沙坦组为20.7%和217.3cm.s-1,2组差异有统计学意义。结论:硝苯地平控释片主要通过降低血压本身改善动脉弹性,替米沙坦可能存在降压之外的改善动脉弹性的作用。 OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of antihypertensive drugs on von willebrand factor(vWF) and brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV).METHODS:135 patients with mild to moderate hypertension were randomly divided into nifedipine sustained-release tablet group(63 cases) or telmisartan group(65 cases).After treatment for 2 months,the decrease of blood index was compared between two groups.RESULTS:After treatment,the vWF and baPWV in nifedipine sustained-release tablet group decreased by 12.6% and 113.3 cm·s-1,th...
