摘要
为了筛选对辣椒疫霉菌有抑制作用的安全性药剂,在室内比较了丁子香酚和甲霜.霜霉威对辣椒疫霉菌菌丝生长的抑制效果,结果表明:丁子香酚可溶液剂和甲霜.霜霉威可湿性粉剂对辣椒疫霉菌的EC50值分别为0.0851和23.8451μg/mL。
In order to screen friendly and high-efficient fungicides to Phytophthora capsici,the inhibition of Eugenol soluble solution and Metalaxyl·propamocarb WP to the mycelium growth of Phytophthora capsici was tested in the laboratory.The toxicity test showed that the EC50values of 3 g/kg Eugenol and 25% Metalaxyl·propamocarb to Phytophthora capsici were 0.0851 and 23.8451 μg/mL,respectively.
