摘要
目的探讨血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在AECOPD患者治疗前后血清中的变化及其与肺功能的相关性。方法选择AECOPD住院患者45例(COPD组),并按肺功能进行分组,测定其治疗前后的血清VEGF水平及肺功能,并与15例健康对照组进行对比分析。结果 (1)COPD各组治疗前、后轻度组血清VEGF水平高于对照组和中、重度各组(P<0.05);重度组血清VEGF水平低于对照组和轻、中度组(P<0.05);COPD各组治疗前血清VEGF水平均高于同组治疗后,COPD各组治疗前、后血清VEGF水平随分级增加而降低。(2)COPD急性加重期患者治疗前、后血清VEGF水平与肺功能指标FEV1%Pred、FEV1/FVC%、V50%Pred、MMEF%Pred呈正相关(P均<0.01)。结论 COPD组患者在病情急性加重期治疗前后轻度组血清VEGF水平升高,重度组VEGF水平下降,与疾病严重程度及气流受限程度有关;提示VEGF在COPD不同阶段所起的作用不同。
