摘要
新建本科院校的体育师资在新教师的引进中,存在技术与学历、科研能力与教学能力、"专才"与"通才"等两难选择.要想解决这些问题,学校需要明确本校办学定位,根据实际情况引进与培养相结合.教育行政部门应扩大有培养体育研究生资格高校招生自主权,改进现行体育硕士研究生培养体制,调整本科教学评估指标体系.
