摘要
介绍北京海顺德钛催化剂有限公司开发的催化裂化汽油选择性加氢脱硫技术CDOS-H。该技术首先将催化裂化汽油在较低温度、临氢条件下进行脱二烯烃反应,然后切割为轻、重两个馏分,对重馏分进行深度加氢脱硫,加氢后的重馏分与轻馏分调合而得到清洁汽油。该技术在中国石油华北石化分公司的应用表明,CDOS-H可将FCC汽油硫质量分数由568μg/g降至42~86μg/g,硫醇硫质量分数由58μg/g降至7~12μg/g,相应的研究法辛烷值损失1.0~1.2。CDOS-H可为我国炼油厂生产满足欧Ⅲ标准和欧Ⅳ标准的汽油提供一种经济、灵活的解决方案。
Selective hydrodesulfurization technology for FCC naphtha(CDOS-H) is developed by Beijing Haishunde Titanium Catalyst Co.,Ltd.In CDOS-H process,the FCC naphtha is first removed of diolefins under low temperature and in the presence of hydrogen and then separated into two fractions i.e.LCN and HCN.
