摘要
对现行的治安管理处罚强制执行制度 ,现有法律法规规定的不够完善 ,治安拘留能否延期执行和罚款执行罚中治安拘留的具体实施 ,都存在一些问题。因此 ,必须采取有效措施加以改进。
The compulsory execution of security administration punishment now available do not provide exact regulations of the procedures and required conditions, which consequently influences the effective performance of the security administration punishment.Effective measures should be adopted to improve it.The following article mainly deals with three topics: the defects of the regulations of the compulsory execution of security administration punishment, the postponement of execution of security detention and the performance of security detention.
