摘要
上海美专是近现代有一定影响的私立美术学校。然而，出于自身发展的需要，及政局、资金等因素影响，自民初创立后变动频繁，至今尚缺一种确切而又连贯的记载。本文据有关文献资料，对该校变迁的时地，及某些相关的人、事等情形作一考证，并梳理出大致的环节和线索。［
Shanghai College of Fine Arts was an influential private colleg e of fine arts in modern China.However,there had been frequent changes since its founding shortly after 1911.So far there has not been an accurate and coherent record of the changes.On the basis of the relevant records and materials,the aut hor has conducted research work on the when,where,who and events concerned with the changes,and has tidied up an outline of key links and cues.
