多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎临床疗效。方法:2007年2月~2009年12月我院收治急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎133例,将其随机分为治疗组(68例)和对照组(65例),观察两组临床效果。结果:两组病例均于治疗前及治疗后检测ALT、AST和TBIL,治疗后两组比较,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);两组治愈率比较,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:治疗急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎应用多烯磷脂酰胆碱能够明显提高临床疗效,保护肝细胞免受损害,促进胆红素代谢障碍的恢复,加速黄疸的消退,使得临床症状缓解和肝功能指标的改善。 Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the Polyene Phosphatidylcholines in the treatment of acute viral hepatitis with jaundice.Methods:From February 2007 to December 2009 in our hospital,133 cases of acute viral hepatitis with jaundice patients were divided into treatment group (68 cases) and control group (65 cases),then the cure rate in two groups were compared.Results:before and after treatment in the detection of ALT,AST and TBIL in two groups,after treatment,there were significant differences in two groups (P<0.01).And the cure rate was a significant difference in two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion:The efficacy is significantly improved in the treatment of acute viral hepatitis with jaundice by Polyene Phosphatidylcholines,it could protect liver cells from damage and promote recovery of bilirubin metabolism barriers to speed up the jaundice subsided,making the clinical symptoms and liver function indicators improved.
