摘要
按照竞争力评价指标的选取原则,从生产性服务业总体规模、主要行业状况、发展潜力及成长力等4个方面选取了13项指标,构建出生产性服务业竞争力评价指标体系;运用因子分析的方法,采用2008年统计年鉴数据,对我国12个沿海省市及与河北邻近的两个非沿海省份,共14个省市的生产性服务业竞争力进行综合评价,得出河北省生产性服务业竞争力的综合排名;然后通过对各因子得分情况的比较,进一步分析影响生产性服务业发展的各个方面,从中找出存在的问题并提出相应的对策建议.
