摘要
随着经济体制的转变,现行高校学生户籍制度的弊端日益暴露出来。户籍管理工作量大、容易出错,"人户分离"、"口袋户口"现象严重,影响了学校的管理,影响了大学生的流动和就业。个中原因主要是滞后的高校学生户籍制度不符合高校改革的要求,不符合社会发展的需要。为此,应采取有针对性的措施以解决这些弊端。
