摘要
介绍一种基于SG3525的半桥串联谐振感应加热电源。阐述了主电路的拓扑结构和控制电路的设计,利用SG3525产生PWM驱动波形,应用负载电流反馈闭环和PI调节实现了电源的调频调功,设计了PID算法,故障保护电路和人机交互,使得操作简单可靠。设计并制作了20kHz/10kW半桥串联谐振感应加热电源,通过加热注塑机进料筒试验,该电源输出电压波形良好,满足性能要求,改变了传统的加热方法,具有容易控制、热效率高、加热速度快等优点。
This paper introduced a Half-bridge series-resonant induction heating power supply based on SG3525,which illustrated the power’s main circuit topology and the design of control circuit.It can produce PWM wave through SG3525,realizing pulse frequency modulation by current feedback loop and PI adjustment.The design of PID control method and the circuit of protection make the power easier to control.A power supply of 20 kHz/10kW is designed for experiment.Meanwhile,the experiment of heating charge stock of the...
