摘要
为预估压力容器泄漏孔大小,分析了泄漏孔内气体流动规律和压力容器内气体参数状态特性,提出了该过程的3个假设,建立了反映泄漏孔当量半径的数学模型。以此为基础,提出了预测泄漏孔当量半径的压力变化率预估方法。对容积为0.008 48 m3、有3个半径为0.4 mm泄漏孔的压力容器的压力情况进行了实验研究,并根据所建立的数学模型计算泄露孔的半径。结果表明,压力容器泄漏孔半径计算数值与实际压力容器泄漏孔半径吻合很好。这为进一步研究不同容积压力容器的泄漏孔情况、泄漏规律提供了重要参考。
