摘要
内燃机空气滤清器的内部灰尘颗粒轨迹,很难用检测手段获得。本文建立了空气滤清器内气固两相流的流动模型,运用计算流体力学软件STAR-CD对内燃机空气滤清器内部气固两相流场进行仿真,得到了灰尘颗粒轨迹仿真图像。采用SIMPLE方法计算了滤清器入口部分的气相三维流场,采用Lagrange分析方法推导了分散相的控制方程,在计算气相三维流场的基础上,得出了入口处各个位置的分散相固体颗粒的运动轨迹。解决了用测试方法难以得到空气滤清器内部灰尘颗粒轨迹的问题。
