摘要
作为目前世界上最大的区域经济合作组织,APEC在过去二十年的发展历程中取得了诸多引人注目的成果。但是,随着国际和地区政治经济形势的不断变化,APEC也面临着各种现实问题和挑战。有鉴于此,APEC需要实施相应的制度性改革,努力提高其合作进程的实效性。对于中国而言,也应该结合亚太区域经济合作的新形势,以全新的思维参与APEC合作进程。
