从嗪草酮生产废水中回收甲醇和溴

Recovery of Methanol and Bromine from Metribuzin Production Wastewater

摘要 采用脱色除臭—回收甲醇—回收溴的方法对嗪草酮生产中的甲基化反应废水(简称废水)进行了无害化处理。实验结果表明:以硫酸为酸处理剂,V(废水):V(硫酸)为200:3,处理时间为120 min时,处理后废水无色、无臭;间歇精馏回流比范围为2~10时,甲醇回收率为84.8%;以物理化学两步法回收溴,总回收率可达96.1%。该方法处理废水,每吨废水可获得收益309元。 The wastewater from methylation reaction in metribuzin production was treated by the process of decoloration/deodorization-methanol recovery-bromine recovery.The experimental results show that:When sulphuric acid is used as treatment agent,the ratio of V(wastewater):V(sulphuric acid) is 200:3,and the reaction time is 120 min,the wastewater can be fully decolored and deodorized;When the reflux ratio of the batch rectification column is 2-10,the recovery rate of methanol can reach 84.8%;Using two-step process of physical and chemical treatment,the total recovery rate of bromide can come up to 96.1%;A profit of 309 Yuan can be obtained from one ton of wastewater treated by this process.
