摘要
讨论了目前我国高校体育教学中素质教育存在的问题,提出了高校体育教学改革与发展的对策。
This thesis,based on the college physical education as eduction for all-round development, elaborates the urgency and the adaptability of implementing physical quality education.Accordingly,the present situation of quality education in college physical education is analysed,the theory and method of physical quality education is advanced in an overall way.
